Every company starts the same way: a problem worth solving and a willingness to do the work. I've founded companies in AI, affiliate marketing, consulting, media, gaming, and electric vehicles. The verticals change. The process doesn't. Identify the opportunity, validate it with real customers, incorporate, build the team, ship the product, and scale.
