GuyGap The Practice
GuyGap (guygap.com) is my consulting practice. It exists because after 20+ years of building companies, managing 700 employees, and launching products across multiple industries, the pattern recognition becomes second nature. I see where businesses are leaking money, where their processes are broken, and where the growth is hiding usually within the first conversation.
I'm also a conference speaker and PPL pilot. I fly to engagements because that's the pace I operate at. When I work with a client, things move fast.
