2410 Games Designing with Tyler
2410 Games is a board game company I founded with inspiration from my son Tyler. He was four years old when he started contributing game ideas, and those ideas became real products Maritime Domino among them. Taking a child's creativity and turning it into a manufactured, marketable product is product design in its purest form: listen, prototype, test, iterate, ship.
The same discipline applies to software. SortExpress started as a product concept a way to automate what I was doing manually in affiliate marketing and became a PCT-patented AI platform. The process is the same regardless of the medium: identify the problem, design the solution, build it, and get it into users' hands.

Product design isn't just about the artifact. It's about market positioning, pricing, user experience, and go-to-market planning. I've taken products from concept through manufacturing, from MVP through enterprise deployment.
